Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ARES purchases. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any signs of wear, dirt, or damage
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@aresfootwear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for you.
